This includes potential students, current students, faculty, and business sponsors. Manage student activities from initial interest and inquiries through graduation including details sessions, program application, review of application materials, interviews, enrollment and organization of materials required for students, faculty members and administrative offices. Develop clear communication processes and tracking systems to provide info and guidance to prospective students. Research within the university to respond to a variety of questions. Work with faculty and administrators to resolve issues concerning academic matters, student concerns and a variety of other unique situations. Ensure accuracy of all logistical arrangements for students, faculty, guest speakers, business sponsors and caterers. Plan and coordinate orientation, social activities and graduation banquet. Qualifications Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university and record of related years of background. Must have excellent organization skills with strong attention to detail. Exceptional communication abilities (both written and verbal) to effectively communicate to business executives. Self-starter and problem-solver. Individual MUST be available to work Saturdays beginning September, 2013. Preferences Demonstration of initiative and ablity to manage projects.
