Good written, presentation (oral) and interpersonal communication abilities that are timely and demonstrate a style that is approachable and respectable3. Record of successful development, implementation and evaluation of training curricula4. Experience working collaboratively with cross organizational units to enhance culture change and/or assist in the accomplishment of unit goals5. Excellent record of collaborating in a courteous and professional manner with constituencies within and outside of employing organization6. Expertise to identify and willingly adopt change7. Expertise to manage multiple tasks and effectively organize work8. Experience leading by supporting and nurturing others in identifying potential solutions to work-related challenges Preferences 1. Masters degree2. Evidence of assisting individual employees with skill/competency development to potentially advance their careers3. Record of successful planning and implementation of organizational development4. Experience or clearly evidenced expertise developing and implementing a successful supervisory training program, including items such as employee relations, creating conditions that motivate, and confronting and remediating performance issues, among others5. Experience or clearly evidenced expertise developing and implementing a successful leadership program, including items such as identifying and developing core competencies, change management, and building strong teams, among others6. Experience leading or assisting in the development and implementation of a successful new employee orientation program7. Experience leading or assisting in the development of a comprehensive employee wellness program8. Experience creating cutting-edge written and electronic training materials; e.g., successful use of Adobe Connect or other internet based training tools9. Experience or clearly evidenced expertise leading cross organizational teams to set goals, develop and implement action plans, and evaluate the achievement of said goals10. Experience in leading or assisting an organization in obtaining WELCOAs Well Workplace designation11. Experience or expertise successfully leading change with small groups or large constituencies12.
